Commissioned notaries public and signing agents. Your commission and credentials go on your profile when you join, and offices see them before they dispatch to you. Your state sets its own requirements for notarizing on video.
How are jobs matched?
By your commission state, the credentials on your profile and the coverage area you set. Remote sessions follow your commission state; traveling jobs are offered by location and travel distance.
How do I get paid?
Fees are paid by the ordering office at checkout and paid out to your connected bank account per completed job. Earnings live on your account.
Is there a fee to join?
You can join and browse the marketplace at no charge. Paid plans add priority matching and scheduling tools; see pricing.
What about the journal?
The journal entry is written automatically at the end of every session or visit and cannot be edited. It stays on your account for your state's retention period.
