Who does the work?
The Notarized team: our own roster of commissioned notaries and signing agents for visits and sessions, and our drafting team for deeds. You see who is assigned on the order.
How long does it take?
Each queue has a standard turnaround that shows on the order when it is triaged, and the estimated ready time updates as work progresses.
Can we switch an order to concierge partway?
Yes. Any self-serve order can be handed to the team from its own screen, with what you have entered so far carried over.
How is it priced?
A concierge fee per order on top of the service fee, shown before you confirm the hand-off.
