Is there a subscription for offices?
No. Title, escrow and law offices pay per session, per job and per document. Volume pricing is available for offices closing at scale; ask during the walkthrough.
Who pays the notary?
You pay the fee at checkout and the platform pays the notary out per completed job. There is no separate invoice from the notary.
What about county fees?
Recording fees and transfer tax are computed from the county schedule and shown on the order before you submit, alongside the platform fee.
