Which states can you draft for?
Fee and transfer-tax rules are maintained for every state. Full drafting, with the state's questions and required clauses, is live for California, Florida, Illinois, Massachusetts, New York and Texas today. For other states, the concierge team drafts from your brief.
Who reviews the draft?
You do, before it goes anywhere. On the concierge route the Notarized team drafts and returns it for your review; you see progress on the file and hear from us only if a question comes up.
Does it handle trusts and LLCs?
Grantor and grantee can be individuals, trusts or entities. When an entity is involved the draft flags it, and you can switch to concierge for a reviewed draft.
How is it priced?
Per draft, with a separate concierge drafting fee when the Notarized team prepares it. Fees show before you confirm.
